Calli Taitz, CEO

​

Calli is an Engineering Physics major pursing the Mechanical Engineering certificate and minoring in Mathematics. She serves as the team lead and has enjoyed exploring one of her passions, renewable energy, throughout this competition. This Fall, Calli will be attending Stanford University pursuing her Master's in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in design. In the meantime, she is looking forward to her summer internship as a systems engineer at Northrop Grumman.

John Harkins, COO

John is an Engineering Physics major pursing the Mechanical Engineering certificate. John serves as the key correspondent overseeing documentation, communication, and scribe responsibilities for TU Bright. Through this project, he has enjoyed learning about the solar industry and exploring all aspects from solar designing to financial planning. After graduation, John is excited to enter the workforce as an Industry Engineer at Intralox using his skills as a communicator and engineer to keep tabs on specific products related to his industry.

Eliott Moreau, Consultant

Eliott is a 4th year student at Tulane pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Engineering Sciences. He helped to design and build the physical model as well as develop the rendering for this project. He is interested in urban design and the democratization of public spaces using civic and public infrastructures as catalysts for the ownership of space. He is starting his thesis work and is excited to apply different disciplines to understand urban public spaces.

Max Hinkle, CTO

​

Max is an Engineering Physics major pursing the Electrical Engineering certificate. He has enjoyed working with renewable energy software and learning about the processes that go into designing a solar system. After graduation, he would like to pursue a career in renewable energy materials and devices

Teagan Cronin, CFO

​

Teagan is an Engineering Physics major pursing the Mechanical Engineering certificate. She is also pursuing a Management minor. Teagan is passionate about the sustainability and the solar energy industry. She is excited to pursue a career in engineering sales after graduation; a role combining her technical abilities with her communication skills.
